Beginners Meditation Class
Classes are held in person at Thornbury Apothecary
Date: Starting every Thursday until the end of Term
Term 1: 2/02 - 06/04
Term 2: 15/04 - 28/06
Term 3: 15/07 - 21/09
Term 4: 08/10 - 20/12
Cost: $15, tea is provided.
BYO: Blankets (during winter months)
Doors open at 7:15 pm and then locked at 7:30pm to begin the meditation class. The class finishes at 8:30pm.

We recommend that you register online or call the shop on 7016 4369 to ensure we save a spot for you. Please note we hold small-group sessions no greater than 8 spots and you can join in at any point.
